Welcome, library apprentices. Your dedication as a guardian and champion of knowledge has brought you here, to the Central Branch. You are here to petition the Central Branch for training. To have made it here is itself an achievement worthy of some reward, so we will share with you some insight that few ever obtain. The following is known to us to be true:

The Central Branch is the ultimate repository of all magical knowledge, and is responsible for maintaining & protecting its comprehensive collection of magical books. 

The Central Branch has a copy of all magic books from all times and places. 

The Central Branch must maintain its complete collection.

As apprentices, your first task will be to locate and recover some of our overdue books. Best of luck! We truly believe that you have the potential to be the apprentice who finally gets those books back into the collection. Research well.
