Entitled Goat Game
A downloadable game
A collaborative storytelling game for 3-5 players
Players create characters of royal goats with superpowers, then collaboratively play scenes featuring each goat performing their superpower with the support of the herd, to cheer up their royal human subjects who have gone inside and aren't coming out for some reason. (This game is inspired by real-world events involving a herd of wild exotic goats in the Welsh seaside town of Llandudno during the pandemic lockdown of 2020.)
Old Father William Goat Says:
All right kids, gather round. The humans have gone indoors, and they seem to be staying there. A few of the royal scouts and I went down into town center a couple of nights ago. We didn’t learn much, despite extensive sampling of the hedgerows and flower beds.
Now, we tend to stay here in the hills but as you all know, we are a noble herd descended from Persian royal emissaries from the Shah to Queen Victoria, who then assigned two of our elders to come assist his lordship Sir Mostyn here in Llandudno. We were sent here with the expressed purpose of bringing pride and pleasure to our loyal subjects. It would appear that they need us now more than ever.
The humans struggle to understand our royal speech, so we will have to trust that they are remaining indoors for a good reason, and we’ll have to find ways to lift their spirits from outside their enclosures. That being said… I know that many of you have gazed down on the town with a yearning in your hearts. I myself could hardly resist those hedgerows.
… All right, I didn’t resist them. That’s my point! Royals or not, we’re still goats! Yes, we are primarily morale ambassadors on behalf of Her Royal Majesty, but if there’s a little something you’ve always wanted to do in town, well this might be the time to try it out.
So, my fellow rogue royal goats of Llandudno, I propose that tonight we execute a mission with two objectives: Lift the spirits of our dear human citizens, AND… Have the night of our lives!

I haven't had a chance to play this yet, but have already really enjoyed it as a piece of imaginative fiction in a sort of pastoral hopepunk vein. Easily adaptable to other locations in time and space, though the provided setting is equal parts concise, detailed, and lovely.
The scoring system might work best among those passingly familiar with indie/rules-light games, but it's not difficult to grasp, and it seems like sufficient scaffolding for the Indulgences (collaborative storytelling scenes).
Thank you so much for this review! You're the GOAT!
